Remark Photographer
XB261 (cn 1004) Rare shot of the last seconds of the last flight by this particular Beverley, arriving on delivery to the Historic Aircraft Museum. Previously used by A&AEE for ULLA heavy drop trials. Sadly rusted away after museum failed and scrapped 4.89. Cockpit now at Newark. ATC quote from early Bev flight in French airspace: "We have contact, you appear to be followed by two objects" - "That's ok, it's our fins"

What a wonderful photo Richard. But also sad for me as a HUGE fan of the BEV. If only I could have one more flight in one of these 'beasties'. A dream that will never be realised. Many, many thanks for sharing. (Though I'm still allowed to dream) :o)
