ZJ131 / P (cn 50173/RAF15) If that's not a nice way to be blown away!! the photo is taken with a wide angle so the chopper was 'closer as it appears'....oh yes, we gotta do something about that grass next year, but at least there's a lot of flying action ;-) Sanicole airshow 2005

It is the flying grass that gives this photo it's dynamism. The grass is moving and out of focus - the heli blades are stationary in comparison. Terrific perspective for this wonderful shot

Great light and definition. By the way it shoul be better have rear ramp close to avoid all those straws to enter in the hellicopter.

I would like to have been there =D

It´s a great shot and I think that there isn´t a shot with that perspective on a.net ... maybe, but I haven´t found it yet XD

=P It would be nice to have such an "lawnmower" (grasseater sounds better).

What wideangle-lens have you used?

Regards, bye ;D

So much power, motion and excitement in one shot: brilliant. Wish I knew what it felt like to be that close.
