Remark Photographer
XM648 (cn AV280) Four Vulcans XM657, XL427, XM575 and XM648 are about to scramble at the last airshow where Vulcans were present in great numbers. It is a pity that the sound was not saved and attached as in my memory I feel the ground shake. It will be great to see one of these aircraft in the air again soon.

Well done Mick. Very atmospheric. Superb and unique image from an era I remember so well. An aircraft that is my choice for the most photogenic of airframes without a doubt.... and taken by you, for you!

Awesome sight, great to see 4 together. The Vulcan is responsible for my love of aircraft after seeing one fly at Shobdon in 197x.
