XS904 / BQ (cn 95250) Ultimate drag racer! The English Electric Lightning was undeniably one of the fastest point-to-point interceptors ever made and their inevitable retirement was a sad occasion. Fortunately 'BQ' is kept in ground running condition at Bruntingthorpe.
