A visitor from - posted Wed June 30, 2010:Memories growing up as a very young forces brat when my father was based at Brize Norton in the early 70's. The Belfast I believe could have been developed more and as someone elsewhere on this forum commented, it was a C-130 on steroids. Just an evocative picture, can only imagine what it would have looked like in the RAF camouflage scheme adopted for the likes of the herc. | |
