Remark Photographer
N5182 Built by Sopwith Aviation Co at Brooklands and delivered to aircorps in September 1916. Assigned to No. 1 Wing RNAS at Dunkirk and later to No. 8 (Naval) Squadron RNAS, participated in fights over Ostend and later Somme river area. Mostly flown by Canadian F/Lt E. R. Grange, DSC and top scoring WW1 Australian ace Robert Alexander "Riki" Little, DSO and bar, DFC and bar, Croix de Guerre with Star, with total 47 aerial victories. After damage was in October 1917 send to War Flight-School at Manston. In 1959 remais of this aircraft was discovered in France! Restored to airworthy, registred G-APUP and flew many airshows. Since December 2003 is displayed in Grahame White Factory buildings at RAF museum Hendon.
