XR443 (cn 14072) Started its life as VR-NAQ, G-ARKU then Royal Navy service 1961-89 and civil again as G-ODLG and VH-NJP, operated by Heron Airlines. Has just gone through a major overhaul and will recommence commercial operations on the 9th December 2001. As John Ives from Heron Airlines says:"We have tried to replace it with more modern types, but our passengers prefer the Heron for the room and large windows. We will still be operating it in 20 years from now!"
