Carrying false military markings of FS628, in SEAC colours. This is actually G-AIZE, formerly N9996F and originally USAF 43-14601. Known to the Americans as the Fairchild Forwarder, they were renamed Argus when delivered to the Royal Air Force. This example was used during the Second World War by the US 8th Air Force. Now preserved at the excellent RAF Museum Cosford.
