The site from which the photograph was taken is an amazing place - taking photos level to or above the plane's trajectory, without being an airborne shot is unique. It is even more unique that the meteorological conditions allow the boundary layer to become visible on the leading edge, plus the very clear wing trailing vortices -perfect little helixes- which show the path the aircraft has taken.
