N740UW (cn 1265) [Canon 5D Mark III + Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 L II USM] More than 15 years after I uploaded my first photo, here is my 1,000th photo on Airliners.net. A US Airways Airbus A319, making an ultra-low approach over Maho Beach in St. Maarten. This photo is dedicated to the A.net crew for their tireless work, the spotting friends I've met from around the globe, and the kind people who have been following and commenting on my work throughout the years.

This is an awesome shot of an aircraft barely keeping itself in the air before touching the apron. Complete adrenalin and excitement.
