Remark Photographer
N106US (cn 1044) [Canon 1D Mark III + Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L] Continuing its historic move to the Carolinas Aviation Museum, the "Miracle on the Hudson" aircraft travels down I-95 in Newark, DE. Earlier in the day, N106US crossed the Delaware Memorial Bridge from New Jersey. The additional logos on the fuselage are companies helping sponsor the move, and if you look closely, the white support vehicle is branded in a US Airways colors. This is my 500th photo in the database.

Wow, what a totally unique view that would be to sit in the pilot's seat as it rides down the highway. A perspective nobody ever expected to see from the cockpit of an airliner.

Must agree with the gentleman from the UK, it should be on display at the Intrepid, since it "landed" not too far from there.

Good to see that the aircraft is not going to the scrap yard. However I still think it one and only museum where it should be, is the Intrepid.
