Yes, a great photo of an even greater plane; maybe you can even call her a legend, just as I like to call the Tomcat a legend!

I think that there's a real mystique about this particular airplane, what with its silvery, pencil-like fuselage and almost humpy (if such a word exists) posture. It seems like it's springing through the air. And of course there is the distinct tri-tail configuration unique to this aircraft. I fondly recall seeing these majestic birds fly over our house in Southern California back in the 1950s, their propellers glittering in the afternoon sun. Thank you for such an outstanding photo.

For me this is the most beautiful aircraft ever built. I flew with Air France on 10 April 1952 from Istanbul to Paris.I was only 10 years old. Now I am airline veteran. I have worked for PanAm 18 years and then for Cathay Pacific, American Airlines and Turkish Airlines totaling to 36 years. I have flown almost all types of commercial aircraft but The constallation was very special for me. I wish I could fly with it once more!!!
