Remark Photographer
73-22012 Boeing XCH-62 prototype of heavy lift helicopter standing in front of the Army Aviation Museum at Ft. Rucker, Ala. It was designed to rival Russia's largest HLH in the early 80s. Project was canceled prior to the flight phase, it is rumored because there was simply no mission for an aircraft with such incredible lift capability. Not many details about it available. Thanks to Jenny Hughes/Ft.Rucker and Gregory Gaunt/Boeing for this investigation!
