A visitor from Netherlands posted Mon December 1, 2008:Awesome action shot man! I like the dust, A simple thing as sand or dust goes well with the sober but cool dark grey on military a/c's. I had a pretty good thrill about a year ago when one of these came flying over my head when I was travelling to school; It was so low that I could see the High wing design, the T-tail and the special winglets , plus of course, its chubbiness and was therefore easily recognisable as a C-17. My guess is that it was bringing in a Dutch Chinook that needed a thorough check. | |
