A visitor from - posted Tue March 19, 2013: This is a GREAT shot because I think you can see that the pilots have the crosswind crab system dialed in to the landing gear. The wheels look straight down the runway while the fuselage is crabbing. Been there, done THAT. This photo has a beautiful golden hue. If there is a memorial to the B-52 when it finally retires, THIS should be the photo they use to immortalize the BUFF as it flies into the sunset. Thank you Anthony Osborne.
