When i saw the little picture among the others i just thought " What the hell is that?". Very nice shot from the rear, i wonder how it would look like from the front!! Heavy and scary I guess.

When I was in the service 40 years ago at Sheppard AFB, TX, I remember them taking-off into the twilight. This is the first time that I ever saw one land.

It´s always amazing to see a BUFF (Big Ugly Fat Fellow as they call the B-52)landing. That wingspan takes all the runway side to side i hope the wingtip gear doesn´t tear up the beacons. T.B.

This is an amazing airplane. I work close to Barksdale, in Bossier City...I watch these bad boys come in and out all day......Finesse = 0. :)

This is a callback from the times my brother was in the Alaskan Air Command with SAC, loadig the A-bomd into the hold of the belly of the B-52, we were very proud of his service. As we are grateful of the last 50 years of the service of the B-52, great years of service to this day, the country admires all of it.
