44-61999 (cn 11476) Part of the visible remains of this reconnaissance version of Superfortress named "Over Exposed" which crashed 3rd November 1948 killing all 13 crew members. Other pieces of wreckage still on the surface include all four engines, landing gear, fuselage & wing sections as well as a gun turret. The wreckage still sits on the crash site some 50 years after the incident and is in remarkably good condition.
