Remark Photographer
43-49403 (cn 26664/15219) Although still carrying Pennsylvania ANG markings from its previous operator, the aircraft had been taken on charge by the Alaska ANG on 11 Oct 1957 but was not yet overpainted. The aircraft crashed 4 miles from Gustavus on 23 Nov 1957 while attempting an instrument landing during light snowfall. The 7 passengers survived but the 4 crewmembers sadly died.
