Great photo! five stars!
Reply to visitor from Spain, national flags represent countries where ThunderBirds went performed the air show. They just visited Thailand (3rd times in the history) on 8-11 Oct 09, performed a great air show on 9, 10 Oct. Around 1xx,xxx people attended to this special event! The road traffic around the airport was absolutely dead for the whole day at about 50km+ length from the VTBD airport!!! Very interesting phenomenon. 5 stars!
I guess the plane was thirsty.. ;) Really nice shot!
> Very cool! I like all the flags on it too... I was wondering about that flags...what do they mean? Surely, those can't represent the countries where it is being used (for instance, Spanish Air Force once evaluated the F-16 [but chose the F-18 instead], and also the Czeck Air Force doesn't have it too). Maybe those flags are for the countries that have, at least, evaluated it? Or _that_ plane is "on tour" at airshows on all those countries?
Tinkle...lol :) | |
NICE!!!!!!!! | |
Awsome picture! | |
Very cool! I like all the flags on it too... the F-16 is a true international combat aircraft.
Nice framing. I believe that the effect is actually caused by the formation of a mini-tornado (which would suck water vapour, forming the visible cloud?).
Sick shot, big respect for catching the uncatchable
