86-0223 / VA (cn 5C-329) 192nd FW/149th FS "Rebel Riders" Virginia ANG boss jet, on finals to runway 05R. The 192nd FW ceased operations with the F-16C during June 2007 at Richmond IAP, moving down the road to integrate with the 1st FW at Langley AFB, operating the F-22.
