Interesting perspective. The flags are there to represent all nations the Thunderbirds have performed in.

I think that this aircraft belongs to The Thunderbirds and flags show the countries where The Thunderbirds performed an aerobatic show. BTW, it's a great photo!

Its one of the Thunderbird's..... the USAF version of the Blue Angles.
