Remark Photographer
51-5281 (cn 162) Safely down on the water at Nuuk (Godthaab). This Albatross was assigned to Strategic Air Command (note the SAC band near the tail). It was later converted to a SHU-16B ASW and delivered to the Royal Norwegian Air Force together with 17 other SHU-16Bs under MAP between May 1961 and March 1964. It was withdrawn from RNAF service in 1969. All three Albatross pictures were taken by my father.
