The mother of all planes. first saw this beast in Spain coming in on final and had to line it up with a telephone pole to actually tell that it was moving. admired this plane ever since

The night shot and all the other pieces of equipment lend to show off the size of the C-5 plus the fact my son flys these out of Wright-Patterson tends to make me very proud of him and the Air Force.

"Unable to vacate" may mean that they couldn't make the turn off the active and on to the taxiway. Too narrow perhaps? Puzzling though, that the Antonov never had any problems at Brno? You've got to wonder who was responsible for this little logistical gem??!! And we all wonder why the Europeans get annoyed with American tourists.

This is a great example of how you can take something drab and boring like a C-5 and make it look incredible.
