A visitor from Finland posted Thu April 3, 2008: F-15 is still unmatched in us inventory like F-14 was. Both of them doesen't have substitute. F-22 is too expensive and it has shorter range than F-15. F-18E/F has same promblems plus it's slow and it has not long range missiles like F-14 had(AIM-54).
