61-0159 (cn D354) This Virginia Air National Guard F-105D escorted the P-47D out of RIC a few days or weeks after an airshow at Richmond in 1972. Dewey Draucker the pilot of 159 said: "I was flying the F-105D in the photo. The Thud was about as slow as it would go. I did not want to have to lower flaps in the picture".
