Those are EL [electroluminescent] strip lights, found on many military aircraft. They are the same kind of lights you'd find in your watch, and are used for exit/floor level lighting in some commercial aircraft. Very popular, and proven technology. | |

What a machine! is all I can say! I'm wondering, is there some kind of "glow-light" on the rotor tips so the prop circle is visible ? It sure does help greatly making this a fabulous photo. | |
