124988 (cn 291) When photographed in October 1993 at the MCAS El Toro Historical Foundation museum ramp this rare McDonnell F2H-2 Banshee was receiving some restorative attention around the tail assembly. She was Bu.No. 124988 and wore the markings of VMF-214, possibly as used when the type participated in the Korean War.
