Remark Photographer
154183 / NJ-702 (cn 13640) This sharp adversary Scooter is visiting the NAS Atlanta t-line from NAS Fallon, NV, where it serves Strike Fighter Sqn. 127 Cylons. Among 100 A-4F's uprated with a more powerful engine (including those that served the Blue Angels), this was unofficially known as the Super Fox; the original 9,300 lb. thrust P&W J-52-P-8A was replaced with the 11,200 lb. -P-408A. Stripped of non-essential equipment for its "turn and burn" role, this would have been an extremely nimble foe.
