It gives me goosebumps to stand behind engines that once produced half enough power to push an aircraft through twice the speed of sound. This engine is roaring no more, but I tried to do it justice. I used front curtain flash, then zoomed during the remaining exposure. Taken at Wings over the Rockies Air and Space Museum.

Nice closeup and an interesting angle. I would have hated to be in this position when the plane was active... Usually I don't care much for zoom panning - but this one really works out.
