What is that rope hanging from its vertical stabilizer?

I think it would be better if you showed the entire aircraft minus the signs and the fence. Other the that, it's a good shot.

I think it's an excellent shot, and contrary to what the other commentor says, the barbed wire fence gives it a grittier edge.

Somebody asked, what is the rope hanging from the vertical stab. I think it is a so called "trailing bomb" used to calibrate air speed after a configuration change such as on the nose of this aircraft. These days I would think it would be more accurate to use GPS or even a chase plane to verify airspeeds. Also onboard laser inertial navigation units.
