On May 2-3, 1923, this aircraft, piloted by Lieutenants Oakley G. Kelly and John A. Macready, completed the first non-stop trancontinental flight across the United States, flying from Long Island, New York to Rockwell Field, California in 26 hours and 50 minutes. On display in the National Air and Space Museum.
