There are 70 names on the memorial stone. The inscription reads: "We will not forget our lost in combat. Dedicated to the men lost in combat - 114th Aviation Company, Vietnam 1963-1972." The unit was known as the "Knights of the Air" and this Bell Iroquois UH-1D was used as both a med-evac ambulance and a combat gunship with the 114th Assault Helicopter Co. in the Vietnam War. Made in 1964 this helicopter saw service until 1990 and was converted to UH-1H standard in 1974. Rest in Peace.
