If you look at the upper left, forward of the Y/F bulkead, you'll see the seams for the cargo door and the struts to fold the overhead rack against the fuselage. Marketing at Boeing claimed a 30-minute change time from passenger to cargo configuration. On the right, the distinctive mid-fuselage galley.
