Great shot - but this beautiful aircraft is n ow in Mojave and will be used as one of the Strato Launcher fuselage pods. Meaning she will have the wings removed and be joined with another 747 fuselage to make the Strato Launcher.

Dammit... and this, N196UA, was actually quite a special tulip carrier too... First -400 for UA to carry this great 'blues' scheme, and used on inauguration flight to Ho Chi Minh City in December 2004 (That's in Vietnam, yes).

Couldn't agree more. The new United/Continental livery is awful. Great shot though.
