2-4-2 is good on Emirates a340-500 or 777-300er i think it was a340-500
All these comments about configuration (2-5-2 vs 3-3-3) doesn't make any sense if you are concerned about how many people you need to cross over to get to the toilet. GET AN AISLE SEAT and quit complaining!
Nice photo. I prefer the 3-3-3 configuration.
I guess the centre seat is not for claustrophobic people!
Great Photo. I really don't understand the complaining about the 2-5-2 seating. In 3-3-3 seating the people sitting at the windows need to go past two people to get out. In 2-5-2 seating the only person that needs to cross two people is the person in the middle seat. So tell me how 2-5-2 is worse that 3-3-3?!?!
Great view of the cabin, but the 2-5-2 makes me cringe! This is why I prefer the 2-4-2 on A330's, you never have to climb over more than one person to get to the toilet.
I would prefer it to 3-3-3 though. Instead of 2 columns of seats needing to bypass 2 seats to get out, you only have 1. I had the worst time trying to get out at night from a window seat on a NZ 772ER
Nice picture, but I have to say the 2-5-2 arrangement is just horrible!!! It looks like a sterile cemetery - Imagine sitting in the centre seat! That grey colour is truly awful and doesn't make things better - and the IFE screens are tiny - just like someone stuck old ATMs onto the seats! - It's not all bad though - the overheads have nice clean lines
Sharp clear picture, shows the vastness of the aircraft, good view, shows from side to side, so u get a sence of the room
Ughkkk... 2-5-2 seating arrangements. I can't say I like that.
