The caravelle at bdl has been broken up for scrap.

Beautiful beautiful photo. This has got to be rare. I didn't even know the Caravelle had a rear airstair. Really nice to see the aircraft close up too.

This tells it all - the style, the elegance and the ease of travel in the 1960s. Just love the one-of-a-kind triangular cabin windows.

Great close-up shot showing details not seen anymore....Caravelle, tarmac boarding at BDL, people dressed up to to fly. You can still see a Caravelle at BDL...one's parked at the New England Air Museum just outside the airport.
