Everyday you think you've seen the best of the best, then come yet another 'best' photo. I always knew there was much more to the A346. What a brilliant shot, absolutely stunning. Excellent timings. The fact that the A346 is just about to pass the moon makes it all the more exciting. Good job Mark, and thank you for sharing it.

As an airline employee for more than 25 years and a flight attendant for a good chunk of that, it makes me feel very humble. Our concept of "flight" is still very limited. I'd love a print for my wall. (a 4x 6 feet not inches!)

This shot is incredible on many different levels. The timing it took to shoot such a precise shot is amazing. I like the fact that Mark wanted to show the viewer the contrails of the jet to demonstate the speed in which the jet was travelling.
