December 3, 1990: Northwest Airlines Flight #1482 by member September11
Aircraft: N3313L (DC9). Route: DTW-PIT. 44 passengers, 4 crew members (8 fatalities). Jet operated for the route taxied on to the active runway by mistake in dense fog and was hit by a departing Boeing 727.
