trying to answer your questions:
1.)...is easy, because it's INN! stood on a hill for that one, is not an issue.;)
2.) it is indeed very steep in angle, although it was departing at a normal rate first, but then, suddenly, the pilot in command steered it up and went like a rocket.^^
