G-APKV (cn 14045) Originally CX-AOU with PLUNA, this Heron was bought by Gulf Aviation in 9.58 and by Channel Airways in 7.69, becoming wfu next year. Seen here after a clear-out of Channel's storage hangar, immediately before scrapping. Note the two ex-East Anglian Flying Services/Channel DH.89A Dragon Rapides at right, G-AEMH and G-AKRN, which were wfu way back in 1960
