N227GB / 315033/2L-A (cn 16597/33345) Commemorative Air Force Airshow 2007. This aicraft was built as a C-47B in 1945, but was transferred to the US Navy as an R4D personnel transport. Later on is was modified to a navigational trainer. The CAF aquired the aircraft in 1980 and it now wears the D-Day colors of the lead ship of the 302nd Squadron, Troop Carrier Command, 9th Air Force. (Canon 350D + 100-400 L IS)
