I had the pleasure of touring this aircraft shortly before it was lost. It was on tour and visiting our local airport (Buchanan Field, CCN). Even though it was raining the crew was very helpful on the planes history and features. This plane had served as Franco's private plane in post World War II Spain. It crashed at Cheyenne, Wyo. soon after I saw it resulting in the loss of all crew and total destruction of the aircraft. A great loss of life and a very historic aircraft.
