9Q-CFQ (cn 1AJ008-05) Awaiting an engine, and its fate. The Congolese Civil Aviation Authorities are more and more harsh on planes without correct paperwork. The result is that hardly any Antonov is flying anymore. Four An-28s were seen active in April 2010, with many more wfu parked around the ramp. Also Let 410UVP are on the list of the AAC to be phased out. In October 2010 Let 410UVP 9Q-CUA crashed in the notorious hills of Bukavu due to an engine problem.
