Built in 1950 as an Auster J/2 Arrow, Belgian registration OO-AXF was not taken up. It was exported to Australia and registered on 31 May 1951 as VH-KAY. In 1958, it was sold to the Royal Queensland Aero Club and became VH-RQL on 16 Sep 1958. On 3 Oct 1963, it became VH-PUL. At some point in time it was re-engined with a 108 hp Lycoming 0-235-C.1 but has since been re-engined again with a Continental C-75, as seen here, when owned by Colin Anderson. It is still registered in 2009.
