Built 1944. Navy SNB-5P. Over 5,500 Beech Model 18s were built for the US Military during WWII where they served as utility transports and trainers for pilots, navigators, bombardiers and aerial gunners. The a/c had several military designations including C-45 Expeditor, UC-45, AT-7 Navigator, AT-11 Kansan, F2, JRB and SNB in addition to being given the unofficial nickname 'Bug Smasher'. Shown here at the Camarillo Air Show.
