Ex 44-3908, this was a ground attack aircraft. 60% of all P-39`s produced were sent to the Soviet Union as a lend lease arrangement. On display at Air Zoo.

The only thing missing is the Red Star of the Soviets. Let's be honest about this, the P-39 (or P-400) was "there" for the U.S. in 1942-43, but that's about it. The Soviets, however, loved the plane & had great success with it!
