Del 02/69 to Pan Am as N891PA. Ex VR-CBN. Aircraft after it crashed at Marana on September 20, 1990 (2 k). Aircraft was taking off on its last flight, to Tucson for spares recovery (KC-135E program), when it rolled and the right wing struck the ground. Cause determined to be incorrect rudder trim due to lack of instrumentation.
