N120KM (cn 03720) Flying around in a Bell 47, seeing literally thousands of planes all around you... doesn't get much better than that. This is just a very small section of the campground on the airfield [Canon 40D + 100-400 L IS]

It's a unique perspective on the campsite and I like it! And just to clarify, there are a couple mass arrivals and the Bonanzas are one of them so that's why so many are parked together, if they participate in it.

Brings a new meaning to the term "fly-in community". Very interesting photo.

Notice how high wings are only pakred with high wings, and low wings are parked with low wings.

Wow - looks like V35 heaven! (23 by my count, just in this frame) Best single-engine private bird ever made (Thank you, Ed Beech!) Dad and I (well - I kept the charts, and changed the radio freqs) made many trips in ours out of FCM (Flying Cloud, Minnesota) in the 1960's - 70's. Always made our way to OSH in the summer! Best memories ever - I couldn't ask for anything more!

What a great shot. It reminds me of what a special time late July is in Wisconsin, and brings back memories of good times with great friends. Thanks for the photo.
