This Cessna belongs to Skydive and is used for parachutists to bring them up to an altitude of around 10.000 feet. That's the reason why it has only one yoke. Note that tennis ball on the other side, where normally a second yoke is installed!

This picture is nice and clear, shows all the cockpit very well, to look at it, it puts me back in one and I'm a little old to go flying now at 68 years old, the picture is appreciated here.
