This aircraft was one of 254 A-37B's supplied to Vietnam (South) by the US Government. After the withdrawal of US forces and the fall of South Vietnam in '75 many of these aircraft (including VH-XVA) were captured by the North and became part of the Vietnam People's Air Force. In 1989 this aircraft bought from the Vietnamese Government by Colin Pay. The aircraft was restored and in December 2000 was donated to the Temora Aviation Museum. The aircraft is a regular performer at the museums flying days.
